Bionic Reading Trademark
It should be clear to users that your application/service is provided by you/your company and not Bionic Reading.
Our goal is to eliminate user confusion. It should be clear that Bionic Reading is not the developer of your application/service.

2 simple rules for naming your application/service
The name cannot have “Bionic Reading” or “Bionic Reader” in the application’s/service’s name.
The logo cannot use Bionic Reading’s logo

An example
We think the best example of this is to look at the dozens of Twitter clients that exist. They all use the Twitter API and provide access to Twitter but have names like: Twittelator, Tweetbot, Tweetdeck, etc. It is clear to the user that Twitter did not build the apps but rather they are provided by separate developers/companies.
