How do I get my volume licenses?

Order the desired number of volume licenses by using the order form below.

We will send your invoice to the e-mail address specified in the order form (invoice recipient e-mail address).

As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you your license code to the e-mail address specified in the order form (administrator e-mail address). In this email you will also find the link to the instructions on how your users should use the license code.

As soon as the administrator has received the license code by e-mail, the volume licenses are valid for 1 year. All volume licenses therefore start on the day they are received and are valid for 1 year. The time at which the individual users apply the license code is not significant; the term specified in the invoice applies.
How often can the license code be used?
This depends on the number of volume licenses purchased.
As soon as the license code has been used with an e-mail address, this counts as a registration. This means that each individual registration counts and can no longer be canceled or overwritten with another e-mail address.
If the quota of purchased volume licenses has been used up, the license code can no longer be used.
How are new users added to a license?
If the number of purchased volume licenses has not yet been used up, the license code can be given to the desired users by the administrator at any time.
Are the volume licenses automatically renewed?
No. After the volume licenses expire (valid for 1 year), new volume licenses must be purchased.
Why do users have to provide their credit card details during the onboarding process?
We use the “Stripe” payment software to ensure security when registering the subscription. Providing credit card details is one of the mandatory security levels of “Stripe”. However, the user’s credit card will not be charged at any time, as the actual costs are 100% reset when the license code is entered.
How are subscriptions cancelled if users leave the organization before the volume licenses expire?
You can contact us at any time via your administrator e-mail address so we can immediately delete the account. We need the following user data for this:
- Name (first name and last name)
- the registered e-mail address
- the last 4 digits of the user’s credit card number
We need this informations to verify and make sure that we delete the correct account.
